Suiko Fukuda (1895 - 1973)
Japanese artist.
He was born in Kyoto in
1895.
He studied painting with
Suisho Nishiyama
and Shinsen Tokuoka .
He painted Hawk painting
very well.
He died in 1973 at the
age of 77.
