He was born in Niigata Pref. in 1858.
He was a graduate of Tokyo University.
he published the magazine 'the East philosophy',
Also he try hard to the Buddhism and East
philosophical enlightenment.
He established the Tethugakkan
(Toyo University in the after).
He died in 1919 at the age of 61.
