Keigetsu Matsubayashi (1876-1963)
Japanese artist.
He was born in Yamaguchii Pref. in 1876.
His real name was Atsushi Ito.
He studied painting with Yukoku Noguchi .
He was presented with the Order of Culture in 1958.
He died in 1963 at the age of 86.
