Seisei Matsuse (1868-1937)
The haiku poeter.
He was born in Osaka in 1868.
He studied the haiku with Shiki Masaoka.
He engaged in the editing of 'Hototogisu'.
After he joins a company to the Osaka Asahi
newspaper publishing company.
He took charge of the Asahi haiku world
until the late year.
He died in 1937 at the age of 69.
