Chikuho Mizuta (1883-1958)

Japanese artist.
He was born in Osaka in 1883
and studied painting with Chikugai Himejima
and founded Japan Nangain furthermore.
He painted the scenery picture/portrait very well.
He died in 1958 at the age of 75.
