Mitsuru Tohyama (1854-1944)

and educated the youth.
The after, he established Geiyosha.
Also, he voices the ultranationalism and asserted
the advance to China .
Since then, he engaged in secret maneuvers to

influence of the nationalism exercise.
He died in 1944 at the age of 90.
