Raifu Gonda (1846-1934)

The uperintendent priest of the Shingonsect Shobouji Temple.
He was born n 1846.
He became the president of Taisho University in 1928.
He was said to be a representative scholar monk
of the Shingon Buddhism in modern times.
He died in 1934 at the age of 89.
