Raiseki Tamaoki (1898-1978)
Japanese artist.
He was born in Gifu Prf. in 1898.
HHe studied tiger paintings on his own,
studying with the master of tiger paintings, Suiseki
Ohhashi.
He became famous for his paintings of tigers.
Later, he founded the Japan Animal Painting Society.
He died in 1978 at the age of 80.
