Takuchi Tsuruta (1768-1846)

 A Japanese Haiku poet in the Edo latter period .
 He was born in Mikawa(Osaka) in 1768.
 He studied haiku with Gyodai Kato and Shiro Inoue.
 He died in 1846 at the age of 79.
