1) Within 48 hours of receiving your order by e-mail, fax,
or other means, we will send you an Order Confirmation
e-mail indicating the cost of the merchandise + the cost of shipping
(varies by destination, weight, and package dimensions of merchandise)
+ Banker's Charge or Realization fee.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation, please contact our store
as we may not have received your order or you may have made
