Yako Ohkouchi (1853 - 1957 )                                                     Japanese artist.                                                     His real name was Seigi.                                                     He was born in Yamanashi in 1853.                                                     He studied painting with Keigetsu Kikuchi .                                                     He died in 1957 at the age of 64. Main Silk B=51.5cm H= 43.0cm Mounting Silk B=66.5cm H=141.0cm Box Signatureless paulownia box included. Condition is good overall. There is a small dirt on the top and bottom of the mounting. (But,they are not conspicuous.)
