Haya Akegarasu (1877-1954)

  The high priest of Shinshu Ohtani sect.
  He was born in Ishikawa Pref. in 1877.
  His nane is Koen. His Haiku name is Kubutsu.
  He studied Haiku with Kyoshi Takahama.
  He suffers from eyes during wartime and later loses his sight.
  He strove to conduct Buddhism based on spiritualism.
  He died of 78 years old in 1954 .
